Huge open plan 3 bedroom 3 bathroom luxury apartment, privately owned and operated, located on level 2 in the Circle on Cavill resort that boasts spectacular luxury, convenience, value and sleeps up to 10 people i.e. 2 families [see below for bedding config and options], offered to you at a fraction of the official resort rates. We accept Schoolies bookings!

This apartment features many extra luxuries not found in most other Cavill apartments such as 3 complete bathrooms, high speed WiFi internet(100mbit) with unlimited data, 8 seater lounge with chaise, 3 large wall-mounted TV's [75" TV in living area, 65" TV in master bed, 43" TV in second bed], long entertaining balcony, Foxtel Now(all channels)/Netflix/Stan/Disney+/AppleTV+ in living room, and Netflix in 1st and 2nd bedroom, Playstation 5 & Wii U with games, and much more. There are no extra charges for internet, cleaning, secure car parking or linen hire.

The cupboard in the kitchen and bottom of the shower was a bit grimy and we were a bit confused when we arrived and could not find the building. The location was great, my little boy loved the play area at bottom before we set off for the day.

Great apartment in an even better location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. There were a few small flaws (like a loud dryer and lack of tea towels) but overall the apartment was clean and tidy, communication with Phil was great and the location was excellent. We would love to stay here again and if anyone ever asks for recommendations on the Gold Coast we would absolutely recommend this apartment.

If you want to be close to everything this apartment is the best location for everything in surfers Cavell Ave, especially great for teens. Apartment is large size and great layout.

The property was in a great location and was clean and had everything you need, only had a couple of problems the tv in the main lounge was very hard to use and as we had an extra person the airbeds just went flat straight away tried a couple of them, so our son had to sleep on lounge apart from that excellent

Great location and stay

My family stayed in Phils apartment and found it to be exactly what I was looking for. The property looks and feels like a rental apartment, which is what we expected. I think the fact that our kids were comfortable in staying indoors even though surfers was a minute away, highlighted how comfortable the apartment was. The entertainment set up was well used by the kids.The location is possibly the best thing about the apartment - very close to surfers township and a mall right outside the door. Even though we were only on level 2, we weren't too disturbed by the clubs during the nights.Phil was great to deal with before and during our stay, any issues or questions that we had were resolved quickly. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again and if you're looking for somewhere to stay with a family group I'd recommend it.

Family holiday for 5 adults for 9 nights. The unit was a perfect size to accommodate all of us. Not that we used and cooking facilities but everything you could want was available. The location was perfect, everything at your door step. We did read reviews about it being a bit noisy because of the night club accross the road and down stairs, don't let that deter you as it's not that bad. NOTE: If your like me and don't do lifts or heights this place is for you.

I really enjoyed my stay in Circle on Cavill. Very clean and nicely decorated. Easy to walk to restaurants, beach, and GLink. Grocery store right downstairs. Pool was a little warm inside but outdoor pool was great to have for swimming laps. We had six of us staying and only two key sets which was really inconvenient for one pair if they ventured out alone. You can’t get back into knock on the door without the fob to swipe for entry. Unit has a washer and dryer but it took forever for things to dry and we would have liked more than one towel per person. The apartment comes with limited paper towels and toilet paper so be prepared to buy more. Overall still a great experience. I’m just pointing out the details.

Made the mistake of thinking we could check in from 3pm as per instructions. We arrived at 9.40pm to no key or staff to help. Eventually got in at 11.20pm. Owner was extremely rude, derogatory and accused me of being ‘silly’ for arriving ‘late’ and having ulterior motives when I asked for a refund ( he offered $60). It was my 50th and we’d have a really great day, shame it ended with a painful experience. Don’t recommend

More suited to a group heading out for the weekend

The keys were easy to find but the parking spot and actual apartment weren’t. It was not in the main buildings as initially thought. Unfortunately it wasn't cleaned very well which wasn’t a reflection of the owner. Although stains and questionable marks on pillows and couches probably need to be addressed. The photos have been touched up as the couch is a different colour and the size of the room isn’t quite as advertised. It’s obviously used more by schoolies and groups of young people than a family. The owner was very responsive and apologetic, organising it to be cleaned the next day which was appreciated. Pool facilities and extras aren’t easily accessible as in other apartments which was logistically difficult with young children, no directions for these either but it’s very handy to everything else with many great dining options. We expected some street noise but was much lower to the street than we had thought so the young people/teens drinking and carrying on at the corner until 3am wasn’t a highlight. The drier doesn’t really work and needs to be replaced. We rely on the laundry facilities with children as travel light which is why we choose an apartment over a hotel room.
