You will automatically feel at home when you walk in! It's open, modern and accommodating for all of your family and friends. We recently added this home to our portfolio of premier vacation homes on VRBO in Cape Coral.

The light and airy kitchen is the center of the home. White Quartz countertops, white cabinets and contemporary backsplash. The dining room flows into the open kitchen and you will always feel that you are a part of every activity. Spacious living room with large 65 inch tv that you can enjoy from the entire open space.

Spending more time in the home, not to worry! We had you in mind. Enjoy your days and nights in with hours of fun playing on the shuffleboard table. Would you rather play your hand at fooseball? Not to worry! Rest those weary feet, sit down and play on the fooseball coffee table.

Enjoy the year round heated swimming pool overlooking the water. No expense spared on this pavered outdoor space with and contemporary pool and calming water feature. There is so much sun in the pool area from morning until night! There is a pool bathroom, lots of outdoor seating and a grill. Don't forget to grab the fishing poles and enjoy the calm waters from the backyard.
The home has 4 spacious bedrooms. Enjoy the master suite with separate bathroom . Spa like experience with soaking tub and rain shower. Split floor plan, with the 3 bedrooms on the opposite side. Bedroom one has 2 bunk beds - great for the littles or comfortable enough for the adults. Bedroom two and three have queen sized beds. All bedrooms have Roku enabled tvs and are connected to the wireless network. Enjoy the Roku Channels or use your own Netflix, Prime, Disney Plus accounts.

Are you looking to golf? This is the home for you! Check out the neighborhood championship golf course at Palmetto Pines Country Club. A brisk walk or quick car ride away. Kiddos Spring Break

Property was close to beaches, charter to Upper Captiva, golf course, sea fishing, Pickleball courts, food, etc & that is what the family enjoyed doing while visiting the Cape Corel area. Our family created lasting memories while in Florida, thank you for opening your home to folks from MN. Peace and kindness coming your way :)

Exactly as described!

Clean and spacious. Great amenities. Perfect for our 4 adults and 4 kids. Pool was AMAZING. Great location. Safe neighborhood. We had one minor issue with the A/C on our second day. Texted the number provided. Person was there within the hour and fixed it immediately. Would stay here again for sure!

February Snowbirds

Finally getting back to normal after a three week stay in Cape Coral and I just wanted to share our experience with our VRBO property. We are from Northern Indiana and every year find a place in warm sunny Florida in February to get away from the cold & snow with our son and his family. Well sunny & warm Florida didn’t live up to its expectations this year but our home away from home was what we expected. The four bedrooms were exactly what we needed and one of the best parts of the house is the pool bathroom. The great open concept living space is just what a two-family vacation needs. The heated pool kept the kiddos busy even though it was a little chilly at times. The surrounding area is in a quiet neighborhood with a golf course just a few blocks away. Communication with our host Melanie, and Brian with her Home Servicing company, were always available for all questions and concerns from booking to check out. It was a very enjoyable stay.
