Very clean. Parking was very secure. It was first time picking keys up at a lock box but was an easy process. Extremely communitive and friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby (ate across the street at Tableau, expensive, but very welcoming and nice). Would rent again if we returned to Vancouver BC.

I stayed here with 2 friends and it was perfect. The location is wonderful i’m walking distance many different neighborhoods. There are coffee shops on every corner with great pastries.The condo had two full baths. I was just big enough for the three of us. It was very clean and it was nice to have a parking space down in the garage for a rental car.We would definitely stay there again. Vancouver is just lovely.
The property was clean, inviting and a great location. The keysafe system for checkin wasn't working so checkin and checkout was a bit cumbersome, but we had good communication with the propert owner.
I was impressed with the check-in and check out process. The condo was clean and in a good location. There were plenty of restaurants in the the area, and things to do. Would definitely stay there again
The location is wonderful. Everything was perfect, very well supplied with everything one needs. We were sorry to leave when our stay was over. The owner is very helpful and answered all our questions about the area.
The unit and parking is very easy to access and is located in an excellent area for everything near Coal Harbour and Stanley Park. There is an air conditioning unit but it is located on the opposite end of the apartment from the two bedrooms making for some rather hot summer nights for sleeping. Very secure building and overall an enjoyable stay.

Do not expect three beds for this property. It’s two. The sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable.
We stayed here during March/April while visiting Vancouver for a week. The location just can't be beat in that it's easy to walk to many sites, shops, and restaurants, it's an easy drive via the Lions Gate Bridge to North Vancouver, and it's easy to take rideshare or self-drive to other neighborhoods farther afield. We loved that there was a Starbucks just across the street for our morning caffeine hit, but still appreciated the coffee and tea provided in the suite for our use as a thoughtful touch. The key pickup was very easy, and the property manager/owner was very responsive when I realized I had forgotten to include the parking garage fob in the keysafe upon checkout.The suite is a corner unit and has lovely views from the living/dining area, but because of its location and orientation, the afternoon sun never made the suite too warm.We rented a car, so it was quite nice that the suite included a parking spot in the building garage, and we never had to worry about finding street parking or risk break-ins / smash-and-grabs like in other cities we've visited.The rooms were small, but still comfortable, and we didn't really mind the size because we spent most of our time out and about.I highly recommend this property for a great home-base while visiting Vancouver and would certainly stay there again on future visits!
Apartment was super clean with beautiful views. Bathrooms were spotless. Water temp and pressure in the bathrooms were good. There were coffee pods (enough for the first day) provided, though there's a Starbucks right across the street. Dishwashing liquid and sponge were also provided. Washer and dryer (and detergent) in the apartment was convenient since we were at the tail end of our trip. Only cons...rooms are very small...the sofa in the living room was hard and not comfortable to sit on...no tv in either bedroom (not a biggie). The administrator was VERY responsive, accommodating and patient when I had trouble getting the code for the key lock at the 7/11.
Great place to stay while visiting Vancouver. Conveniently located near restaurants, shops, coffee and bakeries. Safe area, great views. Host was very attentive during stay and even allowed us to drop off luggage early and leave in room, then also got an early check in. Would definitely stay again.
Beautiful city views and partial glimpses of the water. Wonderful location making shopping and dining easy to access. Very light and airy. Melville was very responsive. The bedrooms are quite small, but overall a great experience!
This condo worked well for our group of five. It’s on the small side but has two bathrooms, a decent sitting area, and was clean with good amenities. The location is great for exploring downtown. My main wish is that the listing had mentioned how compact the space really is—the photos made it look bigger. Also, air conditioning in the bedrooms would have made a big difference since it was quite hot during our stay. Overall, a good option if you don’t mind tight quarters.
We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It is in a great location, especially if you are leaving from the port on a cruise. The host was very responsive to all communications. Would definitely recommend it.
Peek-a-boo view from the 15th floor was fun. We enjoyed watching people bustle around. It is an easy location to walk around the waterfront. We loved the variety of accessible restaurants. The condo is super clean and comfortable.
Great location, clean and everything worked as it should. Only downside was the portable AC unit and having to empty it every 4 hours! It was unusually warm when we traveled to BC.
