The Club House - easy living in Matakana Village!

Welcome to our family home in the heart of Matakana, just a 5-minute stroll to cafes, pubs, and a cinema. A short drive takes you to Omaha Beach, Tawharanui, wineries, and more. Public tennis courts are across the road (you're welcome to use our racquets).

Please note: the section is unlandscaped and unfenced, and the home is on a main road—something to consider with young children. The price reflects this.

Come and stay at a relaxed, modern base in one of NZ’s favourite little villages.

Please note, this is our family home. There's family photos on the walls and toys in the cupboards to use, it's well equipped! Please respect our neighbours by keeping your noise down and cars in the driveway.
