With lift access and a private entrance, this single-level waterfront apartment offers a warm welcome to your coastal retreat. Stretch out in the living room—sink into soft leather sofas, stream your favourite shows on the TV, and slide open the glass doors to let in the tropical breeze.

Prepare delicious dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring essentials like an oven, fridge, microwave, spacious benchtops and a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Gather around the dining table for long, relaxed meals, or step out onto the wraparound balcony to dine alfresco with sweeping marina views. Fire up the electric BBQ, sip a glass of wine, and soak in the sea breeze from your private perch.

Drift off in one of two beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with a queen bed, crisp linen, air conditioning and ceiling fans. Wake up to soft light in the primary suite, complete with a walk-in robe, direct access to the balcony and a modern ensuite with a large vanity and a glass-enclosed shower. Freshen up in the second bathroom, offering a shower-over-bath combo and ample vanity space. A highchair and a portacot are available on request for families. Please note, a Minut noise monitoring device is installed within the apartment to help ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbours. One room remains locked and is not available for guest use.

Tee off at Gardens Park Golf Links just 1.2 kilometres from home, or take a four-minute drive to explore the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory. Darwin’s CBD is also only four minutes away by car, offering up-close encounters with saltwater crocodiles at Crocosaurus Cove, the expansive Bicentennial Park, and the lively Darwin Waterfront precinct. For day trips, walk 11 minutes to the Cullen Bay Ferry Wharf for a scenic ride to the Tiwi Islands. Please note, independent access requires a permit if not travelling with a guided tour.
