Bedroom 1 which has a queen sized bed is located downstairs and is serviced by the downstairs family bathroom.

The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs.

Bedroom 2 is the Master bedroom and has a king sized bed and full en-suite bathroom.

Bedroom 3 has a queen sized bed.

Bedrooms 4 and 5 both have 2 sets of twin beds.

Bedroom 6 has a bunk bed with full sized bottom bunk and twin sized top bunk. These bedrooms share the upstairs family bathroom.

Also upstairs is the den; ideal for those guests looking for additional lounging and privacy. For your entertainment there are TVs with cable TV and DVD players. This home also has internet access so bring your laptop or other such devices.

The fully screened pool deck with covered lanai has a pool with integrated Jacuzzi and faces west - a must for those guests who want to make the most of the Florida sunshine into the evening hours while sunbathing, swimming, picnicking and dining under the beautiful Florida skies and stars. A boundary fence runs along the back of the property giving greater privacy to the pool area.

PLEASE NOTE: This 6 bedroom pool home can sleep a MAXIMUM of 12 guests (including children and/or infants). NO PETS ALLOWED.
Pool heat is available on request for a separate charge – minimum duration 4 nights. A check-in/registration package will be in the home on arrival for guests to complete and sign, which will be collected from the home 24-48 hours after arrival.
