Air conditioned studio for 2 people situated Residence port Soleil B1, with swimming pool. second floor without lift. Living room with sofa-bed. Equipped kitchen area. Tv, microwave... Bathroom with WC. West facing terrace. Secured parking is at your disposal depending on availabilty.

Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid on arrival, maximum 6.62 euros per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros.
