Great place!

If you’ve read other reviews such as I did the same “negatives” are very true. Very thin walls, can hear the neighbors or others on the street very easily. I knew this going in and still booked, it was very true. That would be the only negative If you’re someone bothered by that, I was not. We had a great time in Helen. Really enjoyed the rental here, would absolutely recommend it and will be using it again next year when we return!

Only 1 bathroom!!!

I specifically booked this condo because it said it had 2 bathrooms and it only has 1. Also the walls and ceiling are very thin you can literally hear everything from the people upstairs. Would not recommend it.

Hidden gem

We had a great two night stay. You could tell that everything was brand new in this condo. All of the basics you would need in the kitchen were available, and everything was within a short, walking distance along the main street in Helen.

No back up toilet paper so I had to go buy some. No bar soap to wash with. Fortunately I had been in a hotel the night before and grabbed a soap before I left

The property was very clean, well equipped, and nearly new in appearance. Very close to main street and all activities. No car needed. Everything is within walking distance.

Mountain get away in Helen GA

Seated right in the heart of Helen! Walking distance to everything! We saved a lot on gas! The building smells newly built and the apartment had all the basic necessities. Everything was new, upgraded and spotless. Thermostat and security locks were all modern too. Also, IGA is right in town and Dollar general is too, so we had easy access to all essentials. Very happy with all regular sized whirlpool appliances and a stacked washer and dryer too. Bed was very comfortable and automated to sit up and watch the TV mounted on the bedroom wall. We were able to use our phone app to watch movies and view Disney + also. The only suggestion I have is to have more than one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. There was soap for the dishwasher and the washing machine, but an extra toilet paper roll would have been nice.

Great to get to everything on the Main Street. There is a street light right outside the bedroom window so bring your eye mask! Overall awesome!
