Charming apartment with sea views & large terraces, steps from the beach, beautiful bays, situated in the picturesque fishing village.

The penthouse apartment is (are four apartments under) on the second floor of a small house. It has two bedrooms, a bright living room with sofa bed, including an open kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and shower. The penthouse offers two spacious terraces with about 40 square meters with fantastic sea views from both, and from the sofa.

The road is a dead end on the way to the sea. Almost always you can hear the waves rushing through the windows softly.

The sun - or shade - you can enjoy from morning to evening on the East and West Terrace. The bedroom windows are oriented to the northwest. If you lock out the afternoon sun, they remain pleasantly cool. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Shops and restaurants are within walking distance in an otherwise very quiet neighborhood. For year-round vibrant port area, we walk about 40 minutes to the beautiful beach promenade.

Surroundings:

Cambrils, Costa Dorada: lively waterfront, beautiful old town with numerous restaurants and shopping every purse are within 3 km. It is comfortably reachable on foot, bike or inline skates along the beach promenade.

By car or bicycle, it can then go into the mountainous hinterland with beautiful, romantic mountain villages. Some tips can be found in the information file locally z. B. Siurana and Montblanc.

Nearby Reus is (birthplace of Gaudi) with Gaudi Museum and many shopping opportunities. There is also the nearest airport where Ryanair hardly visible.
Tarragona with its lovely old town and the balcony of the Mediterranean is well worth a visit.

Barcelona in 1.5 hours by train along the Mediterranean Sea within easy reach. At Barcelona Francia train station are right on the harbor and in the old town and at the large Rambla with its venerable market hall. To Sagrada Familia Gaudi's artwork easily leads the subway.

For the big and little children there is the theme park Port Aventura, similar to Disneyland (15km distance).

Then the Ebro Delta Nature Reserve is located in the south with interesting villages and coastal resorts, such Ampolla and Ametlla to look around and take a stroll.
