Hamptons Studio at One Mile Beach

Located at South One Mile Beach, Hamptons Studio is one of 3 totally separate holiday accommodations. It’s private, self-contained, and positioned on the top level, so it has the best view of the ocean and the most stunning sun rises!
There's also a mini kitchenette for those who like to eat in and equipment to wash dishes as well, plus a work station 40cm x 90cm.
Access is at the back of the property up a flight of stairs.
With comfortable beds and stylish décor, minutes stroll to a patrolled beach and short drive to shops, clubs and restaurants, our studio is great for an over-night stay or weekend get-away!

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors and return the keys
Glasses, crockery and cutlery must be washed in the plastic tub we provided, dried and returned to the draw.
Food spills and smears on furniture, doors or mirrors must be cleaned.
Sand and pet hair must be swept up.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We are not available for face-to-face check in. Guests must check in using the instructions we send via message on the vrbo platform.
All communication must be via this platform. We do not accept phone calls prior check-in and only in the case of emergencies, after check-in.
Loud music/TV, slamming doors and shouting is not allowed but guests must expect some noise from other guests like standard use of amenities eg. TV
