Chilled out summer break

Great location being just a short stroll to the beach, light and airy unit with modern facilities, free wi-fi an added bonus. It’s not very difficult to be chilled out at this place and very easy to communicate with apartment manager. Have already booked our stay there for next year.

Too many stairs

Didn’t realise there was no lift and unit was on top floor. Ok for younger people but difficult for older vacationers. Unit was very nice and well equiped

Unassuming, fresh and airy unit.

Just slightly up the hill from the beach in an older style unit block. A lovely modern, fresh, airy and relaxing interior decked out with excellent appliances. Perfect size for a couple, although does sleep up to 6.

Nice stay, quite comfortable.

The apartment was exactly as described. We found it very clean & comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. Nice touches to the apartment including extra blankets, extra pillows, a heater, aircon, beach decor & even a couple of toys in the kids room. It was really great just to have a touchpad key entry to the apartment which prevented having to collect keys. Close walk to some great restaurants & the beach. Not a huge apartment but was perfect for what we needed, thank you.

Beach front

The unit was clean and tidy. We didn't receive check in details until a few hours before, which was fine but it was a surprise to learn that you had to bring your own linen, towels, bath mats and tea towels (anything that needed to be washed). Luckily we are staying at a farm stay on another leg of our holiday where we needed to bring our own sheets and we had beach towels. But we did have to make a quick run to the shops to buy hand and tea towels and a bath mat. Other than this the unit was in an amazing position and we would definitely stay again.

Great location in Forster

This is a great little unit in Forster. Close to everything. It is an older unit block but the unit has been renovated. Check in process is easy with keypad entry each time. New bathroom and kitchen are great. The shower pressure is fantastic. The lounge area is great with the nice views out to the bush head land. Limited beach views. The main bed is really comfy with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Netflix is a great addition but the TV is bit slow connecting each time and it lags...but I’d say the TV might on its last legs!!! Otherwise, it was a great stay and I would recommend staying here.

The unit is beautifully appointed and very comfortable with views of Main beach from the balcony. It's ideally situated with the beach and shops only a few minutes walk. We only used our car once during our stay to drive to Smith's Lake.

+ Very handy location close to center of town and beaches. + Easy check in process with a security code emailed in the days prior and no need to pick up/drop off keys. Though I did wonder how often the code get's changed as it was a 'convenient' number. Does everyone who has stayed there know it? + Free, fast wifi + Little things that make a difference, coffee machine, DVDs, toys/books for kids. - Older building with the external stairwell quite smelly (cigarette smoke) from other units. - Couple of cleanliness issues, a bag of dirty linen was sitting at the front door (remained there uncollected the whole weekend), dishwasher was full of dishes on arrival, wine glass in the cupboard has lipstick stains. No fault of this unit, but we also had problems with noise from other units til the early hours, including loud vibration noises from the water pipes every time they were used.

I have passed on these comments to the cleaners. The dishwasher was probably not started by the previous guests, hence not being emptied and the linen from the local laundrette may have been forgotten to be collected. The issue with the smoke in the enclosed stairwell was probably due to recent fires in the Great Lakes Area. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your feedback.

Just Perfect!!

Thoroughly enjoyed our 11day stay. It's the 4th time I've stayed at this property and still love it. Unit is in excellent condition and in perfect location to everything you need. Countless visits each day to the ocean baths which is only a 40m stroll....... perfect!! Can't wait til I return for my next holiday

What a great introduction to Forster! As a family holiday to Forster for the first time, we found the property, while in an old style apartment block, was fresh and new with all modern equipment. Close to the beach, town and beautiful walks, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfy. We look forward to our next visit.

Best Holiday apartment

Fresh,light and refreshing and so clean. You thort of the little things that on holidays you don't think until needing them. Lovely walk to beach and shops. Made the stay relaxing. The wife found it a little hard on the knees with the stairs but she said she would come back anytime as it was more pleasure then pain. Would refer this place to friends and family to stay while in Forster.

totally chilled out!

We enjoyed our stay at Beachside Forster and having Annemaree accommodate us at a moments notice allowed us to extend our holiday. The Apartment was well equipped and having the washer dryer within the apartment made a huge difference. The beach was within walking distance as were the shops, wallis lake and the nature walk to pebbly beach. The apartment was cleaned on arrival and we were able to settle in very quickly and our teenage children were very relaxed. Highly recommend Little Lucifer's Tapas Bar. We will return again soon for a longer stay next time.

A great place for a seaside break

Thoroughly enjoyed our three nights at ChillOut Beachside! Great central location - walking distance to choice of beaches, shops, cafes and breakwall. Quiet very well appointed and easy check in/out. All the comforts of home, reasonable rates, undercover parking, clean and fresh. Highly recommended and we will stay again! Thanks Annmaree!
