Forster getaway

Denise went to some extra effort with little tempting snacks and real floral arrangements. The apartment was clean and fitted out perfectly for my stay. Sheets and towels were good and were the appliances. A nice unit that is well looked after .

Nice Quiet location close to everything

Super clean and very well appointed property everything you would need for any length stay. Quiet location and host comms first rate. Less than 5 mins drive from heart of Forster and 3 clubs within 1.5kms. Undercover parking, albeit a little tricky to enter. Only negative is shower is small with only a partial screen which meant had to be supee careful to not get water everywhere. Otherwise perfect..

Had a wonderful time. The apartment was lovely and clean and the amenities we needed were all there. Plenty of towels and the beds were very comfortable. Loved watching the sun go down over the mountains from the balcony. The apartment was light filled and the sun spilled into the lounge room in the afternoons. Saw lots of whales and dolphins from One Mile beach and even did a spot of sand tobogganing using our body boards. One afternoon we bought fish and chips and watched the pelicans feed at Pelikan boat ramp at Elizabeth reserve. A memorable stay!

Smaller than it seems

Denise is a good host and communicated well. The property is very clean and access from the street is easy (the provided parking space is underneath the property and the stairs up to the street are steep). I found the property listing somewhat different to the reality, mostly in terms of size. The combined bathroom/laundry is very small and the shower and toilet are awkwardly positioned for anyone even slightly above average size. The beds are quite soft but comfortable enough. There is no air conditioning. The kitchen is also small. Be sure to BYO basics including milk as very little is provided.

Why they chose this property

We call this area paradise, there are so many beautiful waterways, beaches and bushland spaces to explore within a 30klm radius, it has everything. The weather is very temperate and rarely has extreme temps or weather events.

What makes this property unique

our unit is in a block of only 6 situated within a quiet residential area with a short walk to a patrolled beach, or to a handy shopping precinct of cafes,florist,chemist, giftwares, or a slightly longer walk to an excellent fruit and veg with lots of other local goods on offer.
In under 8 min you can drive to a golf club, services club, bowling club, bridge club,art gallery, tennis courts, croquet and Aquatic center.
Town center and main beach with surf pool is less than 8 min drive.
