About the host
Hosted by Emily Mercer
Hi, I'm Emily. Our family is originally from Cape Breton and Newfoundland, and we live in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia with our 2 kids and dog, Charlie. We are thrilled to share our cottage with families seeking a break in beautiful Inverness. In the winter you an find us in hockey rinks and on ski hills, and the rest of the year on the trails, sport fields, lakes, Cape Breton beaches or around a campfire.
What makes this property unique
Pipers Cottage is unique in a couple both its location and spaciousness for an old home.
On a quiet dirt road, the cottage offers complete privacy with no need to worry about being close to neighbours, yet it's still just minutes from town, beautiful beaches and situated right between Cabot golf courses.
What makes Pipers Cotta especially unique is its blend of rustic character and space. Unlike most older homes, it features an open-concept main floor with plenty of room to relax and spread out. The wraparound deck also expands the living space, providing ample room to lounge, eat and enjoy the canopy stars.
