About this property

Located on a quiet residential street across UVic, the suite is combination of two independent suites (two BDRM suite + independent one tiny den garden suite). The two suites are interconnected and also independent as each suite has its own separate entrance. It is recently renovated. No fancy but functional, clean and comfortable. No need for air conditioner, as the place is cool during summer. Spacious new deck with outdoor kitchenet. Independent entrances, free parking (including RV). Grocery stores and bus terminus for many key routes are within walking distance.
