Unfortunately, city living does come with some element of Just remember it’s a three month minimum rental period.

We stayed for 2 months and were looking for something located where we could walk to most places. The property was more than ample in size and had almost everything one could want. The suite had wall to wall windows taking in wonderful views. There was a liaison who communicated with us in route and met us when we arrived. She was most hospitable and service oriented, even checking in with us during our stay. We would highly recommend this property to those who are looking to experience Victoria.

This property is amazing. The apartment is lovely, well equipped with stunning views of Victoria. Nancy is a most accommodating host and easy to contact. Location is within walking distance of the inner harbour, Beacon Hill Park, the ocean and many of the places visitors want to experience. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 30 day stay here and highly recommend this apartment.

We are a retired couple who snowbird to Mexico. Originally from Australia, we moved recently to Canada to get closer to our family. This is our home and we hope you will enjoy this amazing Condo as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We chose to purchase this property due to its amazing views from 3 separate balconies! This condo really lets the sun shine through and though every room has a view it's very private as no buildings overlook your windows or balconies (well one has a distant building overlooking one balcony).

What makes this property unique

You will not need a car as the location is perfect. We are also right next to the finest park in Victoria filled with Peacocks and other birdlife and a petting zoo that's kinda fun - all goats. I am an avid cooker and you will find everything you need from a pasta maker to a full set of utensils, blenders, mortar and pestle (I think it weighs 20 pounds), and even plenty of spices that you can use (replace them if you can).
