Family and pet friendly basement suite with an updated kitchen, a large space that with both the dining area and living room. Both bedrooms are spacious with new mattresses, pillows, and linens. The main bedroom has a Murphy bed allowing the room to be used for meetings or group activities. This comfortable accommodation is in a safe and quiet neighbourhood with several paths for walking or biking. Full amenities are less than 1 km away. Downtown St. Albert is rich with history, delicious restaurants and cafes, an art gallery, and a stellar farmers’ market in the summer. Trails along the beautiful Sturgeon River are accessible from downtown. Lots of wildlife can be seen along these paths including otters, beavers, and blue herons.
If you’re looking for shopping opportunities, there’s many boutiques chain stores, and box stores. WEM and Kingsway Mall are both 15 minutes away.

Almost there

Not what I'd call perfect. There should be a warning on how steep the stairs are to access the accommodation. Big issue for us was the very low toilet was situated too close to the shower.It was a head knocker. IT was brand new had nice furniture,the kitchen was workable could use a bit more counter space.

Great, quiet location. We had our grandson with us on occasion, there was a park just down the street. The space was very clean and very comfortable. Everything you need for a stay is right thereThe hostess was fantastic, any questions, she was readily available.
