2 bedrooms with 2 large double beds and shared bathroom with bath, bidet and shower,
1 master bedroom with double bed and extra bed with bathroom, round bathtub, bidet and shower.

1 separately accessible Triple Room with shower (daily € 120)

On the pool level is the large living area with fireplace and guest toilet.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery and crockery for 10 people.
The dining room has a dining table for 10 people.
In the covered outdoor area is also another dining table with 10 seats.
The chlorine-free pool is maintained in the high season daily and checked on the pool level is a separate, externally accessible toilet.

Wonderful property with space for extended adult family. Lots of seating options and the pool was fab. The views were amazing and the shortcut to town was well trodden.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely relaxing week, we did hire a car to get around which we found very useful. The property, facilities and pool areas were just perfect. There is a bit of building work going on in the area, but we just ignored it and it did not spoil our holiday at all. The host provided us with great information prior to our visit which was very helpful.

A fantastic villa

What a lovely villa! incredible views, location and so private. We were never bored, with plenty of things to do in Andratx and within this lovely home. Lots of seating, very clean and plenty of storage room. We played a lot of table tennis and lounged outside. I will definitely stay here again in the future

Mega schöner Urlaub

Hier hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Angefangen bei der Küchenausstattung bis zur Tischtennisplatte. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht vom Pool in Richtung Hafen einfach schön. Viele Möglichkeiten zum entspannen und die Villa zu genießen. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung. Wenn sich die Möglichkeit ergibt, würden wir sehr gern wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße an unseren Vermieter

Perfektes Haus für uns

Das Haus, die Lage, die Aussicht, … sind einfach traumhaft. Wir waren 7 Personen, eine Familie (von 18 bis 57) und haben die Ausstattung, den Pool, die vielen kleinen individuellen Annehmlichkeiten (Tischtennis, Fernbedienung für Klimaanlage, Pool-Equipment, 5xWC, … bis zum Fernglas) ausgiebig genossen, sogar ein 1500 Teile Puzzle wurde versucht - allerdings doch nicht beendet). Auch die gekühlten Getränke an Anreisetag, die man dann wieder auffüllen kann, waren eine Super-Idee. Das war wirklich ein Urlaub, den man wiederholen muss!👍👌😃😃😃 Vielen Dank an Herrn Nerlich und Herrn Heinemann für die freundliche Aufnahme und die unkomplizierte, sehr nette Kommunikation.

Beste Lage - wunderschöner Meerblick und auf die Bewegung im Hafen..... Für unsere Kinder hat sich der - zugegeben etwas holprige aber schöne - Fußweg durch die Zona Rustica in den Hafen bewährt.... Einkauf, Brötchen holen, Fischer beobachten, chillen....kein Auto......Entschleunigung...

Das Haus präsentierte sich in hervorragendem Zustand, wurde vom sehr freundlichen Hausverwalter übergeben, der jederzeit ansprechbar ist. Sinnig aufgeteiltes Haus mit Schlaftrakten, die es erlauben, sich zurückzuziehen. Vollständige, sehr gepflegte Inneneinrichtung...es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Man merkt sofort, dass der Eigentümer sich kümmert. Der Hafen ist (auch) gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Immer gerne wieder!!

Auch unser 4. Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus war wunderbar und übertraf sogar noch alle vorherigen Urlaube. Die Lage und der tolle Blick auf den Hafen sind einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Urlaubsaktivitäten jeglicher Art. Absolutely Fantastic!!

I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful stay we had in your beautiful house, and how much staying there made the whole vacation - and the whole wedding experience - so perfect and memorable. Over the nine days, we invited several guests up to the house who had come to Port Andratx for the wedding, for either drinks or BBQ or to swim in the pool, and they all thought it was amazing. Maybe they will provide you with some more business in the future. The wedding went very well ... my daughter and her bridesmaids prepared themselves, with the beauticians, in the master bedroom and what a view!! We left you a gift in the house ... we had some large glass bowls that we had used for the table decorations for the wedding to put candles in, and we wanted to leave some for you for your kind hospitality. Thank you again for everything - and to Willi too, for his help - and I would not hesitate to contact you again if we need accommodation in Port Andratx in the future.

unglaublicher Ausblick

Dieses luxeriöse Haus bietet traumhafte Blicke von 3 verschiedenen Ebenen auf den Hafen von Port Andratx. Es ist so großzügig geschnitten, dass man sich auch - bei Bedarf - zurückziehen kann. Ein Riesengrill ermöglicht kulinarische Genüsse. WLan und mehrere TV-Geräte komplettieren den Luxus. Der kinderfreundliche große Pool hat uns begeistert. Hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen. 2014 sind wir wieder da.
