Great area of the Plateau. Quiet street with the classic park Carre St Louis at the corner as well as the metro station Sherbooke. Main floor of a 3 story classic greystone building. Open concept living / dining area with two closed bedrooms. Hardwood and ceramic floors and halogen lighting on dimmers throughout. Separate office area and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. AC unit if needed but a main floor remains cool even in the hottest weather. The area is full of all kinds of store and restaurants. Easy and quick to get around by metro or even Bixi bikes. Monthly minimum rental.
