Absolutely the best location in Westminster just north of Denver! Beautifully furnished, spacious & private home located near all of the entertainment, nightlife & attractions the city has to offer. Situated along a beautiful tree-lined residential street, this recently upgraded home is within minutes of Downtown Denver, Butterfly Pavilion, Big Dry Creek Trail, Orchard Town Center, Standley Lake & more! A great place for family & friends, you will love this home away from home in Westminster!

Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this two bedroom private home includes a full kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings.Spacious living room and separate suite has extra sleeping space with comfy sofa. Free on-street parking, smart HDTV, high-speed WiFi and keyless access.

Pool, hot tub, tennis and basketball courts will be open from memorial day through labor day.

The TV is temporarily unavailable.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Instructions for access, check-in, checkout and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Great quiet place

Very clean, everything you need inside. There are wonderful parks and a playground around the house. Great safe place! Nice friendly host.

Please be advised that upon checkout all trash should be removed from the property and the condition restored to that upon check-in. This includes the removal of all trash and waste products in the kitchen, bathroom and any outdoor areas. Failure to remove such trash will result in a $50-100 charge.

Description and photos are not what they appear. False advertising.

The property photos on the VRBO listing looked nice, so we were excited to stay in this home. The owner was responsive. Unfortunately, the photos online made this place look significantly nicer than it was. There was a strong odor upon entry - what smelled like men's perfume - but it was everywhere. The bedding cover was not clean, carpets were very worn and linens were not new. We decided that within 30 minutes there was no way we could stay here for the time we booked given COVID. We immediately left and found another place to stay. We contacted the owner and he was not willing to refund us. VRBO was not helpful either, I got a lot of runarounds. I'm highly unsatisfied with VRBO and will never use this booking system again. It was an expensive lesson to learn but I WOULD NOT recommend using this platform.

We totally get how important first impressions are, especially back when travel was a bit more stressful with everything going on. While the space has worked well for other guests, we respect that it just wasn’t the right fit for you. Since then, we’ve been working on stepping up how we prep our listings, communicate with guests, and handle any concerns that pop up. Feedback like this really has helped us grow and improve.
