The property manager is very helpful and responsive to text. The house is beautiful but does nèed some TLC. The location os great. The property is beautiful.
We had a lovely two days. The only suggestion I might make is a note somewhere letting folks know where the dumpster is located. We saw one a distance away, but thought it was for another home.We would definitely return if circumstances permitted.

Disliked: Cleanliness
This by far was the most interesting VRBO our group has stayed at to date. When we arrived the cleaning crew was still there since the owner decided to stay later. They left the trash can full of trash, the fridge and freezer were so dirty. There was wood rot in the living room floor and the ceiling was falling a part from what it looks like a leak in the bathroom. The AC window units in the bedrooms were on full blast and it still would not cool the rooms. While we were checking out, the sheriff's office drove up and literally stalked our spouses which was kind of weird. The outside area was pretty amazing. If you like nature and scenery then this is the place. That is if you can overlook an old house in need of many repairs. There were so many deer on the property and the view of the river and nice. We got to experience sunday church on the river. You cold hear the music from where we were. Pretty cool. Not sure if we would stay here again. I feel as though the house needs a make over. You dont see all the issues with it in pics. All in all, 5 out of 10.
