Quiet neighborhood. House was super clean and comfortable. The beds were cozy with plenty of pillows. Kitchen was well equipped for meal prep. Great place to stay and use for home base.

Perfect for group

Four of us stayed here as our kids were playing in the Surf Cup (soccer) in Del Mar. The kids stayed at the team hotel but we parents stayed here. This house was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We cooked breakfast everyday and kitchen was perfect. Everything was as described and the surrounding area had everything we needed. Would stay here again next tournament.

Why they chose this property

Rancho Penasquitos is where I went to high school and what I consider home. What I love about the area is that it is near lots of undeveloped land and trails - Black Mountain. The area is also residential and very quiet. Nearby is shopping and all the modern conveniences - Home depot, Costco, restaurants, movie theater, breweries, RB Winery etc. Lastly, the house is close to high tech companies including, Sony, General Atomics, Microsoft, BAE, Amazon and others.
