*The house rules*

By booking a stay at this property, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

🚭 This a strictly non-smoking property, both inside the apartment and on the property; this includes the common areas (balconies, yard, staircase, front door). No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property (cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, vape products, shisha, etc.)

* House parties, gatherings and events, as well as having loud music with a disruptive volume are strictly forbidden

* Please be mindful of noise as there are neighbours, particularly between 10 p.m. (22h00) and 8 a.m. (8h00)

*Guests who bring unregistered guests or pets that have not been approved and paid for in the reservation, even for one night, will be reported to Airbnb and immediately evicted. Additional fees will be included in the reservation, which will then be cancelled completely, without any right to refund for the guests. The property is surveyed by external cameras on a 24/7 basis : your honesty is appreciated.

*No outdoor shoes inside the house please.

*For verification purposes, guests are required to upload a government-issued ID before booking or at check-in.

*We are happy to provide a complimentary starter set of consumable items for our guests; we do not restock these items during a guest’s stay. Guests will be responsible to replenish their own supplies.

*Natural disasters, power outages, city works and Mother Nature are out of our control, so please plan accordingly.

*While we are happy to be pet-friendly, please note that if your animals must be in your care at all times, animals may not be left unattended at the apartment.

*Before you leave, please make sure to :
1. empty the fridge
2. to do your dishes
3. kindly leave the sheets on the bed, so that we can treat any stains before laundering them
4. lock the doors
5. close all windows and balcony doors
6. put the keys back in the lock box
4. on your way out, please take out the garbage (if it’s a day other than Thursday evening/Friday before 8 a.m., you can throw it in the city’s bin, conveniently located at the corner of the street)

Failure to complete these tasks will result in additional cleaning charged, to be determined based on the extent of non-completion. Thank you for your cooperation
