Please note that there are stairs to the property.

Cozy 1-bedroom granny flat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with stunning water views and water access.
- On the water with a private Jetty, you'll wake up to stunning views and the soothing sounds of nature
- We have 3 Kayaks and fishing rods if you would like to do some fishing
- We have a fire pit for a small fire by the water
- Spacious Bedroom: A comfortable queen-sized bed with TV
- Bathroom: Walk-in shower, fresh towels
- Kitchen: Includes a stove, microwave, fridge and utensils
- Living Area: Couch that coverts into a doubled bed for 2 and a dining table
- Private Deck: Step outside to your own private deck taking in the waterfront and natural scenery
- Please note that the Main House has a resident.
Guest access - Granny Flat and backyard levels . Boat Shed is not accessible.

* Please note that there is street parking around the corner on the main Coopernook Avenue, the carspot is not for use.
* Please note that there are approx. 60 steps down to the property from street level
* Please note that the Main House has a permanent resident and quiet hours are 10pm to 8am
