The property was fine. The furniture was a vit dated. Additionally, the checkout procedure was less than desirable. Guests were asked to strip the beds and wash and fold the towels. If the towels were not washed and folded, the guests would pay a 10 charge per towel . That's a gotcha charge. I will not choose this company(Fairytale) again.

We note that a $10 charge is billed for stained and damaged towels. Not $10 per towel if you don't wash them. As you are aware our cleaners are tasked with cleaning, not you. Hopefully you fully comprehend procedures before leaving reviews that will only hurt small businesses. Best of luck in your future travels.
