La mer se trouve à 10 min à pied, la rivière à 5 min à pied. Grand jardin d’environ 500m2 avec balançoires.
Vue mer des chambres au 1e étage. Commerces et restaurant à 5 min pied, meilleure crêperie de Guidel à 30 mètres ! La maison peut très confortablement accueillir 8 personnes.
La maison se compose d’une grande pièce principale de 60m2 avec cuisine, salle à manger et bibliothèque. Salon attenant de 25m2, le tout sur parquet stratifié. Une chambre avec salle d’eau se situe au rez-de-chaussée. À l’étage, 3 chambres avec 1 salle de bain. Moquette à l’étage.

Superbe maison

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Marion et sa famille! La maison est idéalement placée : proche des commerces et de la plage mais au calme près de la verdure et la campagne. La maison est très bien équipée, jolie! Elle a été ré décorée avec beaucoup de gout, et tout fonctionne parfaitement. Merci!

Un moment en famille

Nous avons choisi cette maison pour profiter d’une semaine avec nos enfants et leurs grand-parents. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas eu de chance avec la météo puisqu’il a plu toute la semaine. Et malgré cela, l’espace et le confort de la maison nous ont permis de passer une belle semaine :) Marion a été adorable et réactive toute la semaine à chaque question. Expérience à renouveler pour sûr !
