Beautifully done studio with comfortable bed, linens and furniture. Very clean! Equipped with quality dishes, full size refrigerator and smart TV. A beautiful view of the lake and it was close to town, easy access to shops/restaurants. The only opportunity for improvement was the water pressure and the positioning of the tv in relation to sofa. Very minor things for us and we would definitely stay there again. Loved the outdoor seating and view!

We're so glad the studio's comfort, cleanliness, and lake views made for a great stay, and that the outdoor seating was a hit too! Since we're on well water at the vineyard, the water pressure reflects the best it can be given that setup. As for the TV, it's actually adjustable and can be moved to face the couch or bed, just a quick adjustment if needed. We're happy these were minor details for you. Thanks for sharing

This cottage overlooking the north end of Keuka lake is clean, well equipped and offers lovely views of the lake and surrounding countryside. It’s a quiet and private setting minutes from wineries and downtown Penn Yan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again.

Beautiful view of the lake from porch

Just as pictured! Clean and stocked with essentials. Responsive to issue with coffee maker. It was perfect location for us to go to our favorite places on Keuka!
