The perfectly positioned Malibu Flats came to life in 1939, and this 2 double bedroom unit retains the charm and character of that era. Although liveable as is it would respond well with some TLC. You'll bear the fruits of your labour! Parking is not a problem with the convenience of a lockup garage.

The location is second to none, with a bus stop at the gate and easy access to the CBD and motorways. Mt Eden village is a stroll away, with the shops and restaurants in Newmarket a short drive.
