This was an excellent stay in a lovely cottage in Ninderry. Very quiet, far from distractions. I enjoyed sitting on the porch watching birds and kangaroos even nearby.

Excellent amenities except TV remote! Could have benefited from a diagram indicating the various functions. Also very hard to switch on and off.Lack of written instructions was a negative (especially during a period when power outages common). Have never encountered this elsewhereThe place was fabulous, the management not so good. No dishwasher detergent, two very small sachets of ordinary dish detergent, only two plastic bags, one tea towel. no ordinary black tea bags (lucky we brought our own!) Felt mean! Also management made an arrangement to come to premises one day re cleaning and didn't turn up. Promised to bring missing items and didnt. No explanation.

Hi Robin, Thank you for your detailed feedback and for highlighting the aspects you enjoyed about the property itself. We’re pleased to hear you found the home fabulous, though we’re genuinely sorry that elements of your experience with us fell short. We apologise for the confusion around the TV remote and the lack of written instructions, particularly during power outages. This has been shared with our team, and we’re reviewing clearer in-home guides. We’re also sorry that some amenities were missing and that our housekeeping follow-up did not occur as planned — this is not the standard we aim to deliver. The housekeeping team has been engaged to review stock levels and follow-up processes to prevent this happening again. We appreciate your honesty, as it helps us improve, and we hope we may have the opportunity to provide a smoother experience in the future. Kind regards, The MadeComfy Team
