So close to beach, river and shops. A perfect location and very comfortable stay.

Downstairs shower screen broken Downstairs laundry tap broken Floors in bedroom broken Main bathroom tub cold water tap doesn't work (have a video however to large to attach)Black mould on the blinds in the main bathroom Webber BBQ doesn't work (probably no gas)Floors throughout the property are filthy Dog hair on couch (white dog hair)Cot sheet is a single hotel style sheet and not safe sleep. Was unable to use cot.Master bedroom remote is broken Coffee machine broken (although replaced) Laundry door doesn't close properly Everything was super dated and dirty.
