The house (110m2) is comfortable in a very quiet residential area, atypical in its design as well as in its personalised decoration in the style of a seaside cabin.<br><br>It has a large living room communicating with a large outdoor terrace, equipped with a garden table, parasols, barbecue and mobile electric plancha. Equipped with several televisions, a Bose airport stereo and a desk with printer if needed.<br><br>Private spaces for 2 vehicles and bicycles directly in front of the house.<br>It is located 1O minutes from the city centre whether it is La Teste or Arcachon and very close to the dune of Pyla and the ocean beaches<br><br>Bike and bus paths directly below the house on Avenue des Miquelots allowing all mobility.<br>Reservation ideally by the week<br>Feel free to contact us for further length of stay requests.
