A short walk to town and the marina to catch the Maria Island Ferry. A great base to explore nearby wineries, distilleries and walking trails; from Freycinet and beyond in the North and Port Arthur to the South. 40 minutes to Hobart International Airport.
Quaint and comfortable low set timber home on large corner block with single undercover parking offers 3 bedrooms, large living area, kitchen, laundry and separate bathroom and toilet. New carpet in living and bedrooms.
The living area is stylishly presented and opens onto an expansive deck with beautiful views of Spring Bay. The deck has a 4-burner BBQ and 8 seat outdoor dining setting.
The open-plan lounge/dining area offers 2 x 3-seater comfortable couches, 75" smart TV with sound bar, 8-seater dining room table, bar fridge and Bluetooth speaker with charging station.
The renovated kitchen is equipped with stove/oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso pod machine, toaster and kettle, sandwich press, slow cooker etc. Crockery, cutlery, cookware and glassware to ensure for your catering needs.
A compact laundry with washer, dryer, drying rack, stick vac and other cleaning equipment for your convenience.
3 spacious bedrooms providing quality beds, bedding and electric blankets for the colder months (2 x queens, 1 x 2 king single beds), hanging space with the king singles bedroom offering a second retreat with wall-mounted smart TV.
A functional although basic separate bathroom and toilet (plans are underway to upgrade bathroom/toilet in near future).
The house is situated on a fully fenced, large, grassed block with an outdoor clothesline and low maintenance gardens.
The property is fitted with 3 external security cameras for the protection of the property whilst vacant and your safety during your stay.
