The condo is dated but as soon as you walk in, the view makes it so worth it! The sunrise every morning was just phenomenal! We will definitely be staying here again.

Nicer inside than I expected and so close to the beach! Very convenient!! We will definitely plan to book here again!

What a great location! As someone who has been coming to SPI for over 40 years, this has been one of the best stays. The close access to the beach from the condo itself was fabulous! It made coming back and forth from the beach easy peasy. Condo is clean and comfy! We would stay again in a heartbeat! Also, we loved the chairs out on the balcony!

Pros: Great location with amazing view of the beach. Third floor balcony so mosquitos were not an issue. Beautiful sunrises. Right next door to Wanna Wanna for good drinks and food. Overall not bad at all for the price. Cons: It needs some updates to get to a higher rating. Touch up a few spots on the walls, cracked floor tile, den furniture refresh. Overall nice place and I will check in on it again to see on my next visit.
