WELCOME TO OUR VACATION HOME
We've equipped our 3rd-floor condo with everything you and your family may need to start your vacation on the right foot. Our 1-bedroom has an ultra-firm king-size bed and a great view. The primary bath has an enviable shower/tub combo. Our primary bathroom suite does not have a door between it and the primary bedroom; however - there is a door between the bedroom and living area for your privacy. The main living areas include two cozy recliners, a couch with a sofa bed, a dining area for 4, a fully equipped kitchen, and a guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. As-is, our condo has room for 4 guests.

WELCOME TO SAIDA TOWERS
Welcome to Saida Towers, South Padre Island's premier beachfront social resort. It has 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a kiddie pool, an outdoor drink and snack bar, tennis courts, a shuffleboard court, and direct beach access. All this is wrapped in tropical grounds bordered by award-winning restored dunes and white-sand beaches. Seasonally, there are on-site rentals for tennis and shuffleboard equipment and chair and umbrella rentals on the sand. Saida Towers is within walking distance of shopping centers, restaurants, and activities. Saida Towers has everything you look for in a beachfront resort rental.

-Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.

Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The resort fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment 30 days before arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.

We enjoyed the condo so much, thanks! The view was great, and we slept so well, too--we needed that! We wanted to mention that some lights are going out (in kitchen and main bathroom) in case someone wants to work on those. Loved it!

Condo was comfortable and clean. Nice view of water. We used the table & chairs on the deck often. Walked the beach everyday. Pools were nice, but wish they were cleaned out a bit better, water was cloudy several times.We had a great stay!

No host met us, received e-mails from management company, that were very helpful. The condo met our expectations. One draw back no beach chairs available to go sit by the golf. That was very disappointing. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Relaxing Get Away

The property and unit were exactly what we have come to expect when we visit the island. We absolutely loved our time at Saida II and we will book there again next time. The beach at the south end of the island is also the best we have experienced! We can’t wait to return!

The place was clean and well decorated. The view of the ocean front was spectacular! The kitchen comes with a coffee maker and generally everything you need to cook. Security there was always roaming the property and we did not have any concerns regarding our safety. We enjoyed the tennis courts, they were great for playing pickleball as well. The beach was nice and clean, there are beach chairs/umbrellas for rent daily. Great restaurants to eat at less than a 10 minute walk.One improvement I would suggest is for staff to enforce no kids in the adult pool/hot tub (one out of three on the property) as that was something we were looking forward to but did not get to experience. The main improvement would be the linens. The linen exchange is further up the island, not on site. However, the Royal Inn that shares the same grounds has a linen exchange on the grounds. As someone who flew to TX for vacation, I would have to take all my towels on the bus and ride to the exchange, then ride back. It was very inconvenient.

Great place, Clean and Roomy

My wife and I vacationed with our 9 year old. We had a grand time and the area felt safe and parking lot was lit up. Never had physical exhaustion to and from beach because so close in proximity. Will definitely look to stay at Saida 2 again, for sure.

Wonderful, secure property. Views were incredible from our 3rd floor balcony. Close to all you need...shopping, restaurants and just steps to the pool and the beautiful beach. This was a wonderful week of relaxation.

Good location with beautiful beach view

Except the bed frame making noise sometime when we were laying down, this property is an A+ regarding to the cleanliness and location/front beach view. Great place!

My family enjoyed this condo! It was a great location with a better view! The new couch that replaced the recliners was very comfortable! Condo was great overall and would definitely stay again! Only suggestion would be to replace door keypad as a couple numbers don’t work well!

We would stay here again

We love that it has 3 pools and 3 hot tubs (only one pool is heated). We went in January so that pool was full. Might be better to heat one other one. Love that they have tennis courts (would suggest lining a couple for pickleball and having paddles to use). They have shuffleboard too. Nice view of the gulf!! We would stay here again. Had everything we needed for kitchen and bath for our stay which is nice.

Property as stated

Good views very quite and safe neighborhood. Condo was clean. A little dated and kitchen faucet needed some tlc. Comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen. Washer and dryer a huge plus. Didn't realize you had to go up a very narrow flight of steps to get to the roof but very nice area up there. Overall was a pleasant stay.

Place has a great view. The beach is awesome. Check in and out was easy. Coffee available in unit was a great perk. Unit could use new patio furniture which was rusted. Unit could use more wine glasses (one is not enough) moldy grout in bathroom should be fixed
