Large 2 storey house in east Lane Cove with amazing amenities 10 min from CBD.
An amazing house for families with lots of space and amenities including 5.5m swim spa with lounges, trampoline, bench swing, basketball hoop, billiards table, two living areas, and an outdoor courtyard with fire pit and bbq. There is a big kitchen with dishwasher and a laundry with washer and dryer. The house is a short walk to the Lane Cove Centre, Sydney's best community village, with a variety of shopping, dining, and groceries. The house is centrally located in Sydney and perfectly located in Lane Cove. No need for a car as there is a bus stop 2 minutes away with direct buses to Manly beach, Crows Nest Metro or St Leonards train station. You can also head north direct to Chatswood for shopping.
