Property was exactly as described and shown in pictures. It was so close to the beach access which was a short walk. It was perfect for the six of us. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay on Anna Maria Island. Everything was great and host responsiveness was awesome. We had an issue with the remote control panel with the pool / spa but host was quick to get someone out to help. Access to the beach is perfect - easy 3min walk - straight to the beach. House was clean and well equipped. Great coffee and other shops nearby. Would we stay there again and/or refer others? Yes / Yes.Below are some minor things for the host to consider:1) Recommend host to consider including a few more bath hand towels and kitchen towels. 2) There was one damaged (ripped) patio umbrella and (rusted) weight base that should be at minimum, removed if not replaced. 3) We had some really strong rain showers while we were there. The heavy rain causes the paver patio filler (small white rocks) to scatter across the pavers. Would be great to include a push broom. There was a worn out regular broom there that got the job done but needs replaced. 4) Recommend either having the cleaning service wipe off the tiki bar and stools or consider leaving a bucket & sponge so if folks wish to use, they can wipe off and do so. Sea air causes things to get dirty pretty quickly 5) Provided beach chairs need removed / replaced as they are in bad shape. We ended up buying two different inexpensive beach chairs to use while we were there and left them for the property. Again, 5 minor things and none of them would stop us from renting again … Great Place!!!
