The property was just as described on the website it actually superseded our expectations it was clean, cozy and the beds were comfortable felt like home. Sue reached out to us on the first day to see if we needed anything or had any questions, We would definitely stay here again should we revisit this area again.

The rental was exactly as described and suited our needs to perfection. It looked brand new and was impeccably clean. The hosts were so kind, thoughtful and had the best response rate I have ever experienced. I would say they are what every VRBO Host should aspire. If you need a place in that area, you would be lucky to rent this place.

This was a 10/10 stay. Sue went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We had a welcome basket and a well stocked kitchen. The place was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable. There was even a private lovely outdoor sitting area.

The Last Resort is a wonderful place.Very quiet, clean and very well equipped.It is a short drive to the grocery store and wine tasting with excellent restaurant.A truly rare find !

We are 4 senior ladies from Washington taking a friend to see Butchart Gardens and Victoria for a fun get-away. We were very happy with our stay at this Verbo. Very clean and lots of extras. The Hostess was very friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We would very much recommend staying here. Very convenient location for both places we wanted to visit.

Cozy, clean basement suite in a home on a cul de sac located midway between Sydney and Victoria. Owner has anticipated users every need; great attention to detail. Small sitting area behind the home; adjacent to owner sitting area- looking on to treed lot. One suggestion would be to have grab bar installed by the tub.Not sure why Marigold cafe is the featured photo for this listing. It is a short distance away and of questionable relevance to this VRBO.I would definitely recommend this VRBO as a great place to stay.

Can't say enough about this property. Everything was as advertised and more. Truly one of the very best Vrbo properties I have stayed at within all of the international destinations I have visited. Pristine cleanliness, clear easy instructions, well located near all of our chosen destinations and friendly, responsive host, hostess. the unit was very comfortable, tastefully decorated and fully equipped with everything could have needed or asked for. My visit was with three of my friends who also gave me 5 stars for my choice of accommodations! :) I can recommend 100%!!!

This is a lovely suite in a great location. Everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and even had some basics such as coffee and snacks. The host live upstairs but we never knew they where there other than to welcome us and say goodbye. We will definitely stay again if we come back to the Island.

I grew up in Victoria then moved away for many years. I'm so happy to be back with my wonderful inamorato Clint, living on the Island and sharing our lovely suite and community with travellers.

Why they chose this property

We are so privileged to live on beautiful Tsawout Land. The old-growth forest is literally in our backyard and Island View Beach is a short 6-minute drive away! The best of Vancouver Island is right here!

What makes this property unique

We've got lots of space to spread out and relax without feeling cramped. With two bedrooms and 900 square feet of living space inside, and a cozy firepit/bbq area outside, we've got you covered!
