Beautiful property

We stayed at this property for our first sister's get away. We could not have been more pleased with the amenities, the location, and the overall experience. The house exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The "extras" offered in the house were much appreciated. We did not have any issues with anything during our stay. The location was perfect for us to spend some time with family, go to the areas we wanted to explore, Sedona, Scottsdale, and Phoenix. We would recommend this spacious, well-kept home to anyone who is traveling to the area.

6 of us traveled to Peoria to watch some spring training baseball games. This 4 bdrm 3 ba home worked very well for us, conveniently located nearby grocery stores and restaurants, had a nice layout with plenty of room, comfortably furnished, adequately stocked kitchen with nice appliances. The pool and outdoor seating area was also a nice plus. The owner and property mgmt were easy to work with and we would not hesitate to return again in the future. The neighborhood was also quiet and well kept.

Terramar is fantastic

We really enjoyed our stay at Terramar! Better than the pictures can show. Super clean, spacious and so comfortable! Communication with Evolve was fantastic due to their super quick response. Love the location as it's close to hiking trails and short drive to Peoria Sports Complex to watch Spring training! Would rent again and highly recommend to others with no hesitation! 5 stars

Saddlehorn Thanksgiving 2025

We had a wonderful time in AZ over Thanksgiving 2025. One of the biggest reasons was this home away from home. Everything down to the smallest detail was perfect. The home was clean, neat and carefree. It was obvious, the owners cared that we enjoyed our time and we did.

Gieske’s family vacation

10/10 stay! This vacation home was incredible. The outdoor space and pool is remarkable and private. The pool has a great sundeck to sit and relax and for kids to play. There is a cozy fire pit and outdoor bar great for after dark fires and conversation. The kitchen is massive with a great island table for meals, cards, games etc. The beds/bedrooms were comfortable and again, lots of privacy with the space. Great trails nearby to hike and countless bars and restaurants. Easy to book. Highly recommend this property!

Everything and then some

What a great place! From the moment we walked in it was just as we expected from the pictures and a lot more. Kitchen had a huge island perfect for gathering, prepping meals, snacks, etc. The coffee/bar area had a big countertop with plenty of space for everything and a very convenient location. The tv was easy to use and the decor fresh and comfy. The bedrooms were a great size and a huge master suite! It was also located in a great location in the house, very private.Everything was neat and very clean. The backyard Oasis was my favorite place. The pool was clean and refreshing. Plenty of seating around the pool and a great sun deck in the pool to just dip your feet in. Landscaping was nice, there was a big bar area with a tiki umbrella & outdoor kitchen. It was perfect for gathering and playing cards. A nice big outdoor table for dining too! The covered patio seating area was great to get a little break from the sun. Neighborhood was super quiet and location was close to shopping, restaurants and exploring. It was only a short drive to great hiking, shopping and seeing the different areas. It was our first visit to the area but when we come back we will for sure be staying here again! Highly recommend!

And the convenient location, as well as the backyard oasis, is what really attracted us to the home when we purchased it. Looking forward to having you back in the future.

Our stay at this home was great!. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away—the house is absolutely beautiful and was immaculately clean. It is clear the owners put a lot of thought into the aesthetics, as the home is beautifully decorated throughout. The layout was ideal for our group, and the kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. It truly felt like a home away from home. The Outdoor OasisThe highlight of our trip was definitely the backyard. The pool and patio area is fantastic and incredibly spacious. We had plenty of room to entertain guests, and we especially loved the:Built-in bar area: Perfect for serving drinks and socializing.Large dining table: Ideal for long, breezy outdoor dinners.Stargazing: Because the home is located in such a quiet, safe, and well-maintained neighborhood, the nights are peaceful and the patio offers a great view of the stars. If you are looking for a relaxing, high-end getaway, this is the place to book!

We rented this beautiful home to not only house my husband and myself but also my siblings and their spouses who were coming in from out of state for our daughter’s wedding. We love the convenience of this home’s location. Grocery stores and fine dining or quick bite options are easily found. The home was spotless upon arrival. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen bar was our favorite spot to gather in the morning to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee. We found the kitchen amenities to be plentiful for all our needs. The large refrigerator was so helpful in storing food for our guests as well as some items for the wedding. The separate living rooms allowed for cozy conversations in one room while others enjoyed watching football in the other. The gorgeous backyard patio was the ideal spot to soak in the AZ sunshine. We highly recommend this home!

Dawn

This beautiful Peoria Desert Oasis was exactly what we were looking for to bring our family on vacation. The home was very clean and spacious for our family of 10 (6 adults & 4 children). Having a large refrigerator in the kitchen and another smaller one by the outdoor bar was very nice to accommodate all of our groceries and refreshments. The neighborhood was very quiet and we felt very safe taking our morning walks. It was a short drive for us to take the family to Brewer Spring Training game at American Family Field. Our days were spent waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee out on the very spacious back patio, enjoying the swimming pool, playing cards by the outdoor bar area, and barbecuing our dinner. We even had a surprise visit from an ice cream truck that came through the neighborhood. The kids were very excited!! Having a T.V. on the patio was a very nice added touch for us to enjoy the NCAA Men's Basketball tournament while enjoying the beautiful Arizona sun!Thank you very much for sharing your beautiful home with us and allowing us to make many wonderful family memories that will last a lifetime! We highly recommend this home to others and wouldn't hesitate bringing our family back to sunny and warm Peoria, AZ for a vacation again!!

Beautiful home… convenient location!

While we live in Peoria (in the same neighborhood as this home)we needed a space to house my siblings and spouses who were traveling in from out of state for our daughter’s wedding. Since the bridal party was occupying our own home my husband and myself also stayed at this Evolve property. This home was spotless upon entry! The expansive kitchen island was our morning gathering spot. We enjoyed reminiscing chats while sipping on fresh brewed coffee. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The separate living rooms allowed for cozy conversations in one room while others caught the NFL playoff games in the other. The bedrooms were large and the beds were very comfortable. The main bedroom suite was perfect for mother of the bride prepping. Our evenings were spent on the very private back patio after relaxing evening strolls around the neighborhood. We love this neighborhood… it’s close to grocery shopping, fine dining, and quick bite options. We would not hesitate to rent this home again in the future should the need arise.
