This was arranged for a short term stay for an oversees coworker while they found a long-term rental. Fridge wasn't working so lost 200 worth of groceries, vacuum didn't work, shower screens are hazy and couch lumpy. Power went out, due to no fault of the property, but was just another issue. When I initially went to bring some supplies prior to their arrival, there was a can in the backyard with cigarette butts that I needed to get rid of. One person said there would be a refund of one night's accommodation due to the issues, but a box of chocolate was received instead. So out of money for food lost, hotel accommodation for two days during power outage and additional 10 days due to having to book something with significantly less issues. House also seems more dated than the photos show and smelt a little musty. Although close to the train station, would not recommend staying here.
