The best location, house is lovely and spacious. Plenty of backyard space too. Lovely park just across the road. Loved the furniture very comfy beds too. Would definitely recommend. Better than most hotels.

Home away from home

Water pressure in the shower was great. Heating worked well. Bed was pretty soft, but comfortable enough. The decor was pretty dated and could use some paint and a few repairs, not really an issue for me, but it might be for some people. Would definitely stay here again if I needed to stay in the area.

Nelson was there from check in to check out ensuring that everything went smoothly. The house was well cleaned and tidy and not missing any amenities. The backyard was well maintained which meant our kids were able to play outside. Bedding and towels were all very nice and my wife was so happy to find a little bottle of shampoo for guests since she'd forgotten to pack one.So much attention to detail went into making things comfortable for us that it's hard to mention them all. It's clear that Nelson genuinely cares about providing a top quality stay for his guests!Thank you Nelson for helping to make our stay in Perth so pleasant!

Family friendly house

House was clean and check in instructions were easy to understand. Had to prompt for check in instructions. Basic necessities were provided such as soap, towels, kitchen appliances and cleaning equipment. A little improvement would be better communication if any item mentioned that is not available or present. During check in day we couldn't find a dryer. But Nelson said he will be delivering the new dryer in the next few days because the previous dryer was faulty. Neighbourhood is quiet. Water heater and air circulation is working. Though it would be good to have manual or paper to inform guest to use the new air ventilation instead of the kitchen aircon. On a side note, Nelson is very friendly and goes beyond in helping us settle in. He is also able to accommodate us if the house is ready for early check in.
