Nestled in beautiful Lakeview Heights, you are walking distance to Kalamoir Regional Park where you can enjoy hiking trails, a beautiful beach area, swimming, paddle boarding or have a picnic. Within walking and/or biking distance in the neighbourhood, are 8 wineries, many restaurants, breweries and a grocery store with a mini-mall that has it all. A short 10-minute drive will take you into Kelowna’s downtown core and beach area. The Kelowna General Hospital is a 12-minute drive. If you are a golf enthusiast, there are 2 golf courses in West Kelowna area. The deck in the suite overlooks stunning Lake Okanagan with a picturesque view of Kelowna City to your left and Little White Mountain to your right. There is a 175 square foot deck to enjoy a beverage and relax with the view. This private suite has two floors; the entry level has an open space living room and kitchen. The bathroom, bedroom, sitting room and covered deck are located on the second floor.

We moved to the Okanagan 28 years ago. Originally from Thunder Bay Ontario. We have lived in Lakeview Heights for 27 years on this property raising our children and enjoying the beautiful regional park so close to us called Kalamoir Park.

Why they chose this property

We have access to the park for hiking and paddle boarding. We love to bike into Kelowna just 15 minute ride into downtown. Our neighbourhood has wineries, restaurants, breweries that you can walk too. It is amazing how it has evolved over the past 27 years here when there were only two wineries on the west side.

What makes this property unique

The short walking distance to a beautiful park or a short walk to Mt Boucherie Winery and Restaurant. No where do you have access in 5 minutes either way.
