BATHROOM: The bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay, you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - oven - crockery and cutlery - microwave - toaster - dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
PARKING: The car space can accommodate one vehicle. Paid parking is also available.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building`s gym and BBQ Area throughout your stay, both located on level G.

**Leave It as You Found It** Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).
