The apartment is located on the second floor and features two bedrooms, multipurpose third bedroom, 2 bathrooms and spacious open plan living area.
The master bedroom offers a king bed and ensuite with spacious walk-in shower with rainwater head.
The second bedroom offers 2 XL single beds and the main bathroom features shower over bath (perfect for kids)!
The third multipurpose room adjoins the loungeroom and can be completely closed off for privacy. During the day you can enjoy a second living room with comfortable couch and work/study desk, and at night, the lounge converts to a comfortable queen bed.
The living area features floor to ceiling stacker doors which saturate the space with natural light and offers a bright and airy ambiance to relax in front of the smart TV with unlimited Wi-FI.
Step through to the spacious and comfortably furnished balcony with alfresco dining setting for 6 plus sun lounge.
The kitchen is perfect for entertaining with breakfast bar seating 4, high quality appliances including dishwasher and coffee pod machine and plenty of bench and storage space.
Escape at North Kirra 202 has recently been furnished and styled by one of the Gold Coast’s top stylists to ensure a blissful, dreamy experience.
The apartment offers ducted air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout and everything you need for a relaxing holiday.
There are also laundry facilities including washing machine and dryer.
Parking – There is no allocated parking available at this property and street parking is limited. Hours 8am - 5pm there is a 4 hour limit. Nights unlimited.
Escape at North Kirra is a secure building with lift access and a rooftop plunge pool (not heated) to enjoy the hinterland views.
Escape 202 is located within a quiet and peaceful, family friendly block where guests must show consideration and respect for the neighbours.
Linen – all linen including beach towels is provided and the main and second bedrooms will be made up for your stay (sofa bed linen provided for guests to make up bed if required).
Keys - keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 6 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
