Charming house with private jacuzzi - Secure residence with swimming pool- 4pers

Charming villa for 4 persons situated between land and sea in Roquebrune sur Argens in the heart of French riviera. Villa stand in front of 9 hole golf course in calme and secured residence.
Our house is fully equipped. Open-plan kitchen living room with terrace garden view. Laundry room and separate toilet are also on the ground floor. On the first floor you can find : First bedroom with queen size bed, wardrobe, air-conditioner and golf course view. Bathroom with bath and separate toilet room. Second bedroom with queen size bed, wardrobe, air-conditioner, private bathroom with shower and golf course view. Outdoor patio with barbecue is available for yours delicious meals as well as cozy area for sunbathing with jacuzzi to relax of course with breathtaking golf course view. You can enjoy a fantastic secure swimming pool, reserved only for residents (open 9am – 8pm).
Villa with all the amenities and comfort to have a plesant stay : air-conditioned rooms, TV, internet access, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee machine, gas barbecue, kitchen utensils and dishes, bed linen and towels, washing machine dryer, iron and ironing board.
Bed linen and towels included. Cleanling fee 150€. Only Saturday to Saturday stay. 500€ refundable deposit. Animals not allowed.
Located less than 10km from beaches (St. Aygulf and les Issambres). Roquebrune sur Argens is situated halfway between Cannes and St. Tropez as well as between the Maures and Estérel mountains which offer many activities to do with your family or your friends (water sports, golf, hiking, cultural events, oenology and wine roads in Province).

A very neat place in a nice resort!

We had a really good time in the house and in the resort with the large pool. The house is very spacious, bright and clean! You feel that it is a family’s holiday home since the house is well-equipped and furnished with great care. Its location is pretty good since you can reach the beaches, supermarkets, restaurants and others easily. The city of Roquebrune itself is beautiful. The contact to the concierge of the house was always super, Céline was very helpful and we could reach her whenever we needed it. We can absolutely imagine to return to the house and spend our holidays there!
