Our Family-Friendly townhome is located just 2 blocks away from Sylvan Lake beachfront, cafes, shops and beautiful local trails! Our home offers guests a convenient and comfortable experience close to all the amazing amenities of our lake community.

As a family with little ones we pride ourselves on in offering a space that allows for easy access to the beach without the headache of finding parking. We have a cozy patio with a BBQ, propane fire pit and sprinkler all ready for those evening conversations that bring families closer together.

Our bright 3-bedroom townhome has 2.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, open-concept living area, lake views from the primary bedroom, and a private backyard fire pit.

Bedrooms are spacious and outfitted with new linens and nice bright windows.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Start one load of laundry (towels work great!) before checking out. If you have a moment, place any used bed linens in the laundry area. Please leave the mattress and pillow protectors on the beds.

Ensure all dishes are in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher prior to departure.

Please take any perishable food items with you prior to your departure. For shelf-stable or unopened items you may leave them for the next guests if you are not wanting to bring those home with you.
