We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.

Weekend stay for Louis and Clark graduation

Kingsgate Escape was a lovely place to stay for a long weekend. The house was plenty big for our group which included 5 adults. It was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood which made for great walks in the morning. The house was clean and met all of our expectations. Three full bathrooms which was ideal for our group!! Close to Louis and Clark for graduation ceremony and not a bad drive to and from Portland International Airport. Check in and out process was a breeze.
