I'll start by saying Helen was easily contactable and always understanding and kind. Went there with a baby and maybe I missed some of the write up about the place, but it's a basement underneath their living space. They can be quite loud at times, but not late into the night. I normally wouldn't mind but with a small baby it made things quite difficult as she woke several times around her bed time. They did just renovate and wanted us to wear Slippers indoors which isn't always ideal or comfortable for people. Lots of fairly steep steps to the basement. Really clean and well prepared for arrival. Saw the biggest spider I've ever seen in my life.
