When checking in at the resort I was reminded several times I booked through a 3rd party. The view was great, furniture was worn out and horrible, beds were good, was not allowed to park in parking garage (front desk said because it was a 3rd party rental and host said it was for owners only). Pool was convenient but not cleaned and maintained regularly. 65 inch TV in unit stopped working and rental company replaced it with a 32 inch TV.

We have stayed several times at Portofino. This was, by far, our favorite unit. The cleanliness was superb. The unit was very well appointed with plenty of drawers for clothes, updated appliances, plenty of towels, two different coffee makers (I liked one so much I ordered one for home with a frother), the view was fabulous and the balcony had very comfortable furniture. We soent our mornings having coffee out there. There was a view of the ocean and the bay. Tower I is very convenient to both the activity center and the beach. When we come back in the Fall I will be trying to rebook this particular unit. 10/10
