- Boats can be launched from either E.G. Simmons Park or the local ramp at Common Good Park (shallow areas outside of the channel). Both are within 5 minutes of the house
- A boat trailer can be stored at the house during your stay
- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras: 1 camera in the doorbell facing the front entrance, 1 camera on the front of the home facing the driveway, 1 camera on the back of the home facing the dock, and 1 camera on the side of the home facing the canal. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras will continuously record video and sound while guests are in residence
