The Good: This property is in a nice, safe neighborhood and the neighbors were very friendly! The house is huge! Plenty of space for our whole family to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the decor was cute. Sadly, that is where the "good" ended. The Bad: The plumbing in this house is a disaster. We spent part of our first day of vacation interacting with a plumber because the garbage disposal did not work and backed up into the sink. While he was at the home, he informed us that the pump in the dishwasher didn't work. It was not usable and was not scheduled to be fixed during our stay. Three of the four toilets clogged frequently and one of those toilets did not flush at all. We spent another day of our vacation interacting with a different plumber to see what the issue was with that toilet. He showed me the inside of the tank where part of the mechanism was missing! The lovely big jacuzzi tub in the photos has a large crack in it and the plumber advised that it is not usable. So, just to keep track, that is two days of our week of vacation scheduled around plumbers, and a toilet, dishwasher, and tub not usable. The property was dirty, with grease-coated cabinets and appliances, stained tubs and showers, ripped screens and window shades, and even holes in some of the walls. The fireplace does not function. We were given a 10% discount for our "trouble" (less than the cost of one night's stay).
