There will also be personnel onsite and may be some noise experienced between 7am - 5pm weekdays. Weekends will NOT be disrupted.

Great location with beaches, light rail&plenty of food outlets of all types close by. Appt recently refreshed & well equipped with comfortable furnishings. Balcony faces SE to South Pacific. If use of balcony & view is important to you, get specific details about the scaffolding & netting situation before confirming the booking as our view was obscured due to works occurring at the time of our stay.
